Justyna Łapińska completed studies in the field of economics at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She is also a graduate of the Faculty of Languages, Nicolaus Copernicus University, where she did studies in Slavic languages. Justyna Łapińska did her Ph.D. in economics and the title of her doctoral dissertation was ‘Conditions for the development of intra-industry trade in foreign trade of countries under transition based on the example of Poland and the Czech Republic’.
She is currently employed as a lecturer at the Department of Marketing and Trade at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Her research interests relate mainly to the problems of international economic relations, in particular to international trade, international regional integration and finance. She is the author of over fifty publications in this field, published by Polish and foreign scientific publications.
Justyna Łapińska, Ph.D. cooperates closely with Czech higher education institutions, in particular, with the Faculty of Business and Management at Brno University of Technology, where she carries out joint research projects.
